Candia Communications Announces Publication of Agricultural Data Mining Paper in Handbook of Research on Social Implications of Data Mining and Information Privacy

Candia Communications is pleased to announce that its in-depth study entitled “Agricultural Data Mining in the 21st Century” has been published in the multi-volume research encyclopedia “Handbook of Research on Social Implications of Data Mining and Information Privacy: Interdisciplinary Frameworks Solutions”. Co-authored by Dr. Arlin Torbett of Agriworld Exchange, this work resulted from research related to food safety, traceability and the use of modern technology including RFID, and the influence of political and socioeconomic factors on the global food supply.

The publication was edited by Ephrem Eyob, professor in the Department of Engineering and Engineering Technology and Coordinator of the Logistics Program at Virginia State University. It provides concise coverage of emerging issues and technological solutions in data mining, and covers problems with applicable laws governing such issues.
